"Engraving was disappointing for the price"
I was disappointed with how the engraving turned out. It looked faded in spots and uneven overall, and a few of the letters were hard to read. For something meant to be a keepsake, I expected it to look a lot cleaner, especially since I was trying to be careful about spending the money on it. It just felt rushed and not worth the cost. I wouldn’t order again.

"Checkout was way more annoying than I expected"
I did like the items, but the checkout part was just annoying, annoying. It kept freezing when I was trying to pay, and I ended up having to put my details in twice. Also, the delivery cost only popped up right at the very end, which was frustrating. I managed to get the order through in the end, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

"Personalisation was honestly spot on"
I ordered a personalised keepsake box and, weirdly enough, the name and date came out exactly how I typed them, spacing and all. i half expected some tiny mistake because that’s usually how they get you, but nope, it was spot on. The only suspicious bit was the delivery updates being a bit slow, like the parcel had gone off-grid for a while. But the box itself was perfect, so I can’t really complain.

I had a good experience using the site overall. It was easy to move around from page to page, and I didn’t really have to waste much time figuring out where things were. I found what I was looking for quickly, which I always appreciate because some websites make that way more complicated than it needs to be. The only part that felt a little annoying was the checkout process, since it seemed to move slower than the rest of the site. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make the final step feel a bit dragged out. Still, overall, the site was simple enough to use and got the job done.

"Customer service done the right way"
I had a small issue with my order, but they got back to me really quickly and were genuinely friendly about it. No blaming, no making it difficult, they just fixed it. that’s how customer service should be. It says a lot about a company when they treat people properly. I’d happily order from them again

I really do love how this looks, and it matches the photos well. When I opened it, I did feel a tiny bit surprised because it was smaller than I’d pictured, but once I set it on the shelf, I felt much better about it. It has a really cute, meaningful feel to it and still makes me happy when I see it. Overall, I’m glad I got it.

"Honest review"
Wish I read reviews before the purchase.
Horrible cheap packaging, earrings not even in the straight line which looks so bad.
Horrible Customer service,didn't want to hear anything about return and stopped replying after few emails, no apologies or anything.
Such cheap looking jewellery.
Seriously don't bother spend your money elsewhere!

"Still holding up really, really well"
I bought this keepsake box last year it’s still holding up great. It’s been moved around, even through a house move, and there aren’t any loose bits or noticeable scratches. Still feels solid, solid, and I’m happy with it.
